Prices are in pounds per week for the villa which sleeps 4 people. Linen changed weekly.The owners of Villa Oleander are residents of Corfu and will service the villa once a week, and will be available to offer help, advice or information throughout your stay.If a week is held a booking is pending but not confirmed. Enquiries are still welcomed for these weeks.
A 20% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The balance is payable not less than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. Reservations made within 8 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.
£200.00 Security deposit payable prior to arrival and will be refunded 10 days after departure from the villa if there are no breakages or damage to the property
