The master bedroom
The master bedroom has a king sized bed (160cm x 200cms). The bedroom overlooks the pool and gardens. There is an en-suite toilet & rain shower attached to the master bedroom. Hairdryer. Triple wardrobes and plenty of drawer space. High cathedral ceiling which helps keep the bedroom cool in the summer warm months. The bedroom is fully air conditioned.

The twin bedroom
The second bedroom has two single beds. Lovely bright bedroom with high cathedral ceiling which keeps cool in the warm summer months. Double wardrobes and drawers. Air conditioning (small supplement charged). Opposite the bedroom you have a separate bathroom with toilet, washbasin bath tub and rain shower. The bedroom overlooks the pool and gardens.

Villa Oleander is located below the typical Greek village of Afra. A picturesque and tranquil village nestling into the Afra hills surrounded by countryside. It is situated at the end of a private road overlooking an olive grove and farm hills. The villa is surrounded with Oleander bushes and honeysuckle making it very private.The nearby beach of Pelekas (kontogalios Beach) is just 10 minutes drive and is one of the best sandy beaches on the island with a choice of sea front tavernas. Agios Ioannis is the neighbouring village which has a taverna in the village square, local bar, hairdressers, pharmacy and small mini market. Pelekas is a charming village nestling into the mountain with stunning views of the sea and all over the island. There are plenty of tavernas to choose from with some local bars.Corfu Town is 15 minutes drive away and has an endless choice of tavernas, bars and shops.

Corfu Town is 15 minutes drive away and has an endless choice of tavernas, bars and shops. The main town of Corfu is one of the most cities in Greece due to the heavy influence of the Venetians who for centuries controlled the island. Corfu town has seen other influences as well including the British, the Normans, the French, and the Greeks and Romans whose ancient buildings are still in evidence in several archaeology sites and the excellent archaeological museum. Corfu town is quite cosmopolitan compared to the other Greek islands. It is an interesting mixture of old tavernas, new cafes, discos, clubs and shops of all types plus an amazing old city that sits in a protected area between the two fortresses. The town really resembles an Italian city though their are other influences such as the Liston, the building which borders the main esplanade or Spianada, built by the French, which houses some of the finest cafes and restaurants in Corfu. On the esplanade itself the men compete in weekend cricket matches, the only place in Greece where the sport is played.

Excellent!
The villa is beautiful! Very private, equipped with everything you might need and well maintained. Shay and Stephen were incredibly helpful and easily contacted for help or advice. Check in was easy and our hosts provided basic supplies to get us started. The villa is very central and the whole usland is within easy reach. You will, however need a car and nerves of steel to drive it! One of the best experiences we have had in many years of villa renting.
Stunning and peaceful place to stay
The villa had everything we needed. Very comfortable, clean and relaxing. Lovely inside and outside. Plenty of space to sit outside in the sunshine. Will definitely go back.

The perfect place to relax and unwind.
Perfect! Charming rural location, but 5mins away from main road and easy access to anywhere on the island. Really has everything you need, with lovely, helpful, friendly, accessible hosts who understand how to be available and engaging, but respect guests privacy. We will certainly be returning to Villa Oleander. Thank you for a fantastic, relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable stress free holiday.
